The Senior Manager, Creative will oversee and lead the management of the digital content marketing team’s operations, driving strategic alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the creative team is aligning to business needs within scope and budget. The Senior Manager will drive production scale and strategic creative innovation, collaborating cross-functionally with global and local internal teams dedicated to branded creative, localization, strategy, digital and content marketing, merchandising, and social media.
- 7+ years creative services experience, with emphasis in digital marketing, editorial content or content marketing, merchandising, and/or creative operations
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience managing a creative team, including brand implementation and creative processes
- Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment and leading cross-functional teams across brand, merchandising, product, UX, and data science to achieve goals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make decisions, justify investments, and track effectiveness of change
- Experience working with global teams to execute a high volume of creative campaigns and projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
