The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meets user centric requirements as well as balancing marketing and merchandising strategies against all digital tactics. This position will lead partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of the brand, both verbally and visually, to achieve strategic and financial goals. Responsibilities will include process and schedule adherence working cross-departmental to meet the project needs.
- Advanced degree in related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in digital design
- Relevant UI/UX experience
- Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient experience using Sketch App for prototyping
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
- Proven presentational skills and ability to work with all levels of management, customers, and partners
- Ability to work independently in a very dynamic business environment
- Ability to develop, communicate and execute effective creative concepts across and within channels
- Understanding of basic marketing techniques
- Demonstrated organizational, verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
