The Creative Manager will work closely with the Director of Communications to develop strategic, innovative methods of communication across the organization’s 100+ nationwide facilities in print and digital. The Creative Manager will also partner with teams throughout the organization to produce professional, dynamic materials and solutions.
- Design and produce all Lineage internal and external collateral and publications
- Design and produce marketing collateral, sales kits, trade show displays and other print or digital materials
- Conceptualize and execute internal marketing campaigns surrounding organizational initiatives and rollouts through both print and digital design
- Participate on cross-functional teams and serve internal clients to deliver creative materials and solutions in support the organization’s strategic priorities
- Survey and recommend improvements to Lineage’s online user experience that will maximize brand value, engagement and conversion across digital channels
- Work with internal teams to produce high-quality presentations for customer or industry audiences
- Serve as creative lead on communication systems or channels like digital signage, SharePoint, social media and mobile applications/dashboards
